What's all the buzz about?
Technology Ed is a leading provider of instructor-led
courses in science, engineering, and technology
management. Our courses are delivered through a distance
learning platform that allows students the opportunity
to study at their own pace and receive continuing
education credits. Our courses can also be taken through
one of our
accredited university partners. We are a member of
the American Association for Adult and Continuing
Education.
Technology Ed occupies a niche area by focusing on
emerging, research-oriented areas such as materials
development, nanotechnology, and biomedical
applications. Our goal is to equip students with the
tools needed to compete globally and deliver new
products to the marketplace.
Technology Ed courses are offered as a professional
development, continuing education unit (CEUs), along
with a certificate. The course material is delivered
globally over our web-based platform. This technology
infrastructure encompasses a Learning Management System
(LMS) that allows instructors to author their content,
host the lecture material, facilitate instruction, and
effectively interact with students remotely. This
concept has been proven to be easy and successful, and
to offer students the flexibility and convenience of
learning from any location, and at their own pace.
Faculty members include industry experts/consultants and
doctoral or post-doctoral graduate students who have
gained expertise in a specialized science area.
