Course Description

PRINCE2® (‘PRojects IN Controlled Environment) is the structured project management method from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), UK that offers a best-practice approach for the management of diverse projects. This course provides a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 project management methodology and become familiar with the processes, components and techniques involved in PRINCE2. 

The course will enable participants to

  • Understand the complete picture of Prince2®
  • Understand SEVEN themes and SEVEN processes

Course Outcome

On completion of the course, delegates will be able to:

  • Initiate, plan and deliver projects using the PRINCE2 project management methodology
  • Improve decision-making and contribute to successful project delivery.

Assessment
