PRINCE2® (‘PRojects
IN Controlled Environment) is the structured project management
method from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), UK that offers
a best-practice approach for the management of diverse projects.
This course provides a sound understanding of the PRINCE2 project
management methodology and become familiar with the processes,
components and techniques involved in PRINCE2.
